Each month, our Babies on Board members meet with a pair of experienced MoMs for an educational small group
session. We rotate through four different subjects over four months. These topics are designed to help MoMs
maintain a healthy pregnancy, prepare for the birth of their multiples, and be prepared for when the babies come
home. If you are expecting multiples, we hope you join us for the Babies on Board group at each month's meeting. If
you can't join us, we've included links to websites and documents you might find helpful.

will teach you how to recognize preterm labor, what to do
if you experience preterm labor, how to handle being on

know that its also best for Mom’s health, cheaper, faster and
easier than formula feeding? MOMs with experience with
Breastfeeding twins will share how they were able to nurse two
babies at once, and how with a little knowledge and support you
can too! We'll also discuss bottle feeding, formulas, and
pumping.
