Out, family events, education and support for MoMs of multiples of all ages.

Monthly Meetings
MoMs and expectant MoMs meet most months on the 3rd Tuesday. We meet at Western Hills Church of Christ, 8800 Chapin Road,
Fort Worth. Each month, we share a meal, have a short program, guest speaker or social activity, have a short business meeting, and
then break into small groups based on the age of our multiples.

Small Groups
Small groups meet during the last 30-45 minutes of each meeting. You may meet with any group whose topic is of interest.
Babies on Board -- Meet at monthly meetings with experienced MoMs who will help you prepare for the exciting journey you're on. Four topics are rotated through the
curriculum -- Preterm Labor and Bedrest, Breastfeeding Multiples, Labor and Delivery of Multiples, and Bringing Babies Home.
Incredible Infants -- MoMs of newborns and infants through 18 months. Topics include Feeding, Car Seat Safety, Tummy Time, Entertaining your babies, Getting
Out of the House, Keeping the Marriage Strong during the infant year.
Terrific Toddlers -- For MoMs of toddlers 18 months through 3 years. Topics include Feeding Toddlers, Entertaining Your Toddlers, Potty Training, Choosing a
Preschool, Water Safety, Developmental Milestones and When to Call in an Expert (ECI), Separation Anxiety.
Precocious Preschoolers -- MoMs of kids 3-5 years old. Topics include Planning a Disney Trip, Scrapbooking, Preparation for Kindergarten, Rainy Day Activities,
Reading & Writing.
Elementary & Beyond -- MoMs of School Aged Mulitples. Preparing for the First Day of School, Are your kids overscheduled?, What's in your kids' lunchbox?,
Vacation Ideas, Working MoMs, Mommy Makeovers. These MoMs also meet once or twice each month, during the school day for MoMs Morning Out for fun outings
such as spa days, brunch, shopping, scrapbooking and much more.

Playgroups
FWMoM Playgroups are divided based on the age of the children. You may always bring a younger child to an older playgroup, but
please do not bring older children to a younger playgroup without the OK of the playgroup hostess.
Infant Playgroup -- Newborns through age 18 months. When children become strong walkers, we encourage you to move up to the
toddler playgroup.
Toddler Playgroup -- 15 months through 3 years.
Preschool Playgroup -- 2 1/2 years through 5 years.
Elementary & Beyond Playgroup -- All school age children. Meets twice each month either after school or on the weekend.
MoMs Only Playdates -- MoMs are invited to play while the kids are away (at school or preschool). We meet monthly for lunch,
mani-pedis, shopping, movies, or anything we can come up with as an excuse to get together.
We are continuously adding new playgroups based on age of children, area of the city, or special interests.
